India - Australia World Cup Final: A bird's eye view through the Law of Manifestation

India - Australia World Cup Final: A bird's eye view through the Law of Manifestation

The India-Australia final was one of the greatest matches played in recent times. India marched towards its much-cherished goal with magnificent talents, exceptional ammunition, and desirable circumstances. In contrast, Australia was just like another good opponent and the last milestone before the dream victory. A victory that, since eternity, is not limited to the playground but to the whole nation. As a nation, we feverishly identify with the cricket outcomes. Victory or Defeat. As an Indian now living in Australia, I have experienced a completely different scenario here, and perhaps that could be the key to their attitude towards the game and, hence, the results. It's possible to have a bird's eye view for me at this vantage point.

Australia plays for the sake of playing, is not very concerned about the results, and completely believes in themselves till the end. For India, it was almost impossible to have that kind of attitude. Here, many people don't even care that Australia is playing, a scenario completely different from India. However, such humongous pressure somehow affects the players, for results become the primary goal.

The law of manifestation advises us to focus our attention and energy on the present to change it. Fretting over the past or worrying about the future doesn't ignite change. But if we put in the work now, we'll create a better future and make our dreams come true.
Australia followed the law, and the rest followed. India, with all its might and talent, seemed desperate for the desirable result, which perhaps played a significant role in the unfortunate loss. As Christopher Morley said — 'Wars are won in the mind before they can be won on the field.' Something that perhaps MS Dhoni knew very well.
